- Graduated Hofstra University in 1972.
- Doctor of Chiropractic, New York Chiropractic College in 1975.
- Coached karate teams, police department personnel and college professors in karate and the use of martial arts weapons.

About Dr. Shapiro (Coach Jeff)
Coach Jeff graduated from Hofstra University in 1972, obtaining his doctorate in chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 1975. He developed some of the most successful personal injury practices while coaching others in New Jersey , relocating to Florida in 1978. While actively practicing for twenty-five years, he perfected new and improved adjusting techniques for pain control, soft tissue and bone treatments, sports injury avoidance and rehabilitation.
His “LEGENDARY COURTROOM PERFORMANCES” resulted in HIGHER MONETARY settlements causing him to become a widely recognized and sought after EXPERT WITNESS. Professional recognition inspired him to teach proprietary business agendas ENABLING OTHER CLIENTS to DUPLICATE his RECORD breaking success!

A man whose talents span many disciplines, Coach Jeff was a master karate instructor and captain of the Black Belt Combat Team for two years creating a seamless transition in the care and treatment of all types of world class athletes and professionals. - Began her career with Progressive Insurance in 1987 as a Claims Adjuster, rapidly ascending the corporate ladder to become a Litigation / Casualty Specialist, later becoming Medical Claims Manager, leading to South Florida
Regional Manager responsible for the following departments: Medical, Claims Training, Subrogation and Salvage.

About Kimberly Shapiro
Kimberly serves the double domain of wife and partner in Peerless Performance Coaching, Inc. She is an eminently qualified executive and personal coach, having been the Chief Medical Claims Manager of Florida for Progressive Insurance Company.
After arriving in America from England , Kimberly managed all aspects of marketing and merchandising and money making for the family's chain of beauty supply stores. Her astounding sales abilities enabled this business to be sold for sixteen times its original value! Kimberly began rapidly rising the corporate ladder of success with Progressive Insurance Company in 1987 as a claims adjuster. Her outstanding abilities and dedication soon earned her a management position supervising other claims adjusters. Kimberly was ultimately asked to take over the entire state as Chief Medical Claims Manager of Florida in 1999.
Kimberly supervised a medical claims team that processed over 200 medical claims per day. She coached and supervised 250 people while creating training manuals, streamlining processing guidelines and implementing a consistent team approach across the entire state. She hired new employees to assure astonishing business growth of Progressive Insurance Company, while overseeing an annual budget of over ONE BILLION DOLLARS!
